Carley Bringeland is a Manager, Business Development – Commercial Real Estate at Vancity Community Investment Bank in Toronto. She works with developers, non profit housing providers, and brokers to structure and deliver commercial real estate financing that supports both financial viability and community outcomes. In her role, Carley plays a leadership role within VCIB’s Commercial Real Estate team, leading the origination and advancement of complex transactions, including construction loans, extensions, and CMHC insured financings. She partners closely with internal credit, risk, and legal teams to move projects from early structuring through approval and funding, with a particular focus on housing and community oriented real estate initiatives.
